'67 Firebird Convertible is owned by
Brett Liukkonen of Federal Way, Washington.
Brett told us this background about his gorgeous convertible:
"My
first car one week after I turned 16 was a 1967 Pontiac Firebird
Sprint-6/3-speed. My second car about a year
later was a 1968 Firebird 400/TH400.
After having to sell both for college, I had always wanted to replace
them with another First Generation Firebird. After
playing with a few other cars and restoring them,
and not being totally satisfied the time cam to get serious! So I started
the search. After about a year
and a half I found just THE RIGHT car! This 1967 Firebird
Convertible.
Much
of the hard work was for the most part done by the previous owner.
It needed a motor, and lots of detail and finishing work done, some
interior and some personal touches.
I've had my bird now for 4 years, and have loved
every minute of it!"
