Brett Liukkonen's '67 Pontiac Firebird Convertible...

"My first car one week after I turned 16 was a 1967 Pontiac Firebird Sprint-6/3-speed.  My second car about a year later was a 1968 Firebird 400/TH400.  After having to sell both for college, I had always wanted to replace them with another First Generation Firebird.  After playing with a few other cars and restoring them, and not being totally satisfied the time cam to get serious! So I started the search.  After about a year and a half I found just THE RIGHT car! This 1967 Firebird Convertible.

Much of the hard work was for the most part done by the previous owner.  It needed a motor, and lots of detail and finishing work done, some interior and some personal touches.  I've had my bird now for 4 years, and have loved every minute of it!"

This bird boasts:  73-455 standard specs (heads, cam and more soon to come) TH400/Shift kit 6-X8 heads, Harland Sharp 1.65 roller rockers, MSD Ignition Box, Taylor Wires, Edelbrock intake, Holley Carb, Hooker Super Comp Headers into Flowmaster mufflers (3" into 2.5" with a cross over) Herb Adams sway bars, Poly-Graphite bushings, 5 leaf rear springs, 79 Trans Am Safe-T-Trac rear end, 4 wheel disc brakes, 15" Rally II's with BFG Euro TA's, Hidden Stereo and lots of little finishing touches that make this Bird, just about how I would have ordered it, given the chance!
